I am a Romanian born filmmaker based in Edinburgh, UK.

As a kid I don't recall having an interest into arts appart from drawing transformers robots daily when I was eight or so.

While studying at an economics highschool I befriended with a former art student and started to develop a curiosity for graffiti. After acknowledging that I didn't have any passion for numbers I decided to do a BA Multimedia Design course at West Univeristy Timisoara. I graduated in 2008.

I started my career working in a small web design agency in my second year. After graduation I worked as an editor for eight months at Realitatea TV, a Romanian news television network. In January 2009 my graduation film, Burning Cigar, won Best Editing and Best Short Fiction at Filmul de Piatra, a national short films competition. This encouraged me to move to Bucharest and start working as a freelance music promos director. My most notable commercial succes so far is Guess Who's Manifest which gathered over seven million views in eleven months.

August, 2010. After living for exactly one year in Bucharest I moved to Edinburgh to do a MA course in film directing. This last year I had the opportunity to direct four short films, most of them still in post production.

Recently I started to develop an interest for the art department working as standby props trainee for Scott Graham's debut feature film Shell and art department trainee for BBC comedy drama series Pram Face.

Currently I am available for freelance work either as director, editor, colourist or as an art department member.
